For managed business centres and shared offices

A private network for every tenant. One Wi-Fi for the whole building.

WireFlow puts each tenant company on its own private network, wired and Wi-Fi, automatically. Your staff add a company and its people; WireFlow does the rest.

Works with UniFi, HP Aruba and Extreme switches. Rolls out on live sites without downtime.

The problem

Shared networks are messy, insecure and hard to manage

Most business centres end up with one of two compromises: everyone on the same network, or a growing pile of Wi-Fi names, passwords and hand-configured ports that only one person understands.

  • Tenants can see each otherOn a flat shared network, one company’s laptops, printers and file shares sit alongside everyone else’s.
  • Too many Wi-Fi names and passwordsA network per tenant usually means a password per tenant, and changing it every time someone leaves.
  • Moves and changes take engineer timeNew tenants, office moves and desk changes mean reconfiguring switches by hand.
  • No clear picture for billingIt’s hard to say who is using what, so usage-based packages are guesswork.
How it works

Three steps, and the network sorts itself out

Everyone in the building connects to the same Wi-Fi name and password. WireFlow works out which company each device belongs to and puts it on that company’s private network.

  1. Add the company and its people

Centre staff create the tenant in the admin portal and add its people. WireFlow emails everyone their welcome details.

  2. People connect as normal

One shared Wi-Fi name and password for the whole building, or plug into a desk port. Known devices are recognised automatically using RADIUS MAC authentication.

  3. New devices sign in once

An unknown device gets a simple sign-in page: enter your work email, type the 6-digit code, tap “This is me”. Done.

Features

Everything a multi-tenant building needs

Per-tenant network separation

Each tenant company gets its own private network (VLAN), on wired and Wi-Fi, created and applied automatically.

One Wi-Fi for the building

A single Wi-Fi name and password for everyone. Devices are placed on the right company network by RADIUS MAC authentication.

Wired desk ports too

Switch port authentication on HP Aruba and Extreme switches as well as UniFi, so a desk port follows the person, not the patch panel.

Speed packages

Set a package per tenant with per-person overrides. Enforced at the UniFi gateway for both wired and Wi-Fi.

Public IP blocks

Tenants with their own router can be given their public IP block automatically.

Usage and occupancy reporting

Per tenant, person and device, with CSV export and a read-only reporting API.

Privacy-friendly design

Designed with privacy in mind for tenants and their people.

Activity log

A running record of activity, so centre staff can see what happened and when.

Admin portal

One place for centre staff to manage companies, people, devices and packages.

Who it’s for

Built for the people who run, use and support the building

For centre operators

Landlords and operators of managed business centres and shared offices.

  • Add a company, add people, and WireFlow emails everyone their welcome details
  • Speed packages per tenant, with per-person overrides
  • Usage and occupancy reporting for billing
  • One-click device ownership and on-screen sign-in codes when someone can’t reach their email

For tenants

The companies and people working in the building.

  • Your own private network, separate from other companies
  • One Wi-Fi name and password, the same everywhere in the building
  • New device? Email, 6-digit code, “This is me”. Done.
  • Your own router can get your public IP block automatically

For MSPs

Managed service providers looking after centre networks.

  • An overlay on existing kit, not a rip-and-replace
  • UniFi, HP Aruba and Extreme switch support
  • Import existing devices from UniFi without disruption
  • Activity log and a read-only API for integrations
Rollout without downtime

Migrate a live site without taking it offline

WireFlow is an overlay on the kit you already have. A pass-through rollout keeps your current VLANs in place, and only devices that have been registered are moved. Everyone else carries on as before until they’re ready.

  1. Connect WireFlow to your existing networkPass-through mode keeps current VLANs working exactly as they are.
  2. Import existing devices from UniFiBring in what’s already on the network without disruption.
  3. Assign devices to companiesOne-click device ownership puts each device with the right tenant.
  4. Move registered devices acrossOnly registered devices go to their company’s network, so you can migrate at your own pace.
Reporting and API

Know who is using what

Usage and occupancy reporting per tenant, person and device. Export to CSV, or connect your billing and other systems through the read-only reporting API.

  • Per-tenant, per-person and per-device views
  • CSV export for spreadsheets and invoicing
  • Read-only API for billing and integrations
FAQ

Common questions

Do we need to replace our network equipment?

No. WireFlow is an overlay on existing kit. It works with UniFi, and with HP Aruba and Extreme switches for wired desk ports.

Will tenants lose connectivity while we roll it out?

No. A pass-through rollout keeps your current VLANs, and only registered devices are moved, so live sites can migrate without downtime.

How does a device end up on the right company’s network?

Known devices are recognised using RADIUS MAC authentication on Wi-Fi, and switch port authentication on wired ports. New devices get a short sign-in page: work email, 6-digit code, “This is me”.

What if someone can’t get to their email to receive the code?

Centre staff can show an on-screen sign-in code from the admin portal.

Can tenants have different speeds?

Yes. Set a speed package per tenant, with per-person overrides. Packages are enforced at the UniFi gateway, for both wired and Wi-Fi.

Can a tenant use their own router?

Yes. Tenants with their own router can be given their public IP block automatically.

Can we get usage data into our billing system?

Yes. Reports can be exported to CSV, and the read-only reporting API is designed for billing and integrations.
